I have been suffering with pain and restricted movement in my arm and shoulder for the last 3 months and simply could not wait another 2 months to see an NHS physio, so decided to go privately. This was the best decision I could ever have made and I only wish I had done it sooner! After just 3 sessions with Caitlin my range of movement has massively increased and I already have significantly less pain.
